From this week letters are being sent to Freedom Pass holders who our records indicate may have moved home. Letters will be sent to a person’s new address, if known, and to the address listed on the Freedom Pass database. The letters will ask them to either confirm they are still living in London and therefore are still eligible to have a Freedom Pass or to return their Freedom Pass if they had moved out of the capital.
Freedom Pass holders who receive this letter are advised to respond by 12 Januarydeadline to ensure their Freedom Pass is not stopped. The online portal for confirmation will be open until the end of January. Further information and FAQ’s are available on the London Councils website.
