New psychotherapy service launches

In May, Borderline started a new mental health provision project in partnership with Brett Grellier Psychotherapy services (BGPS). This service will help to meet the often complex and multiple interconnected support needs of our clients. BGPS have vast experience working with homeless clients and have worked extensively with Borderline clients previously.

Borderline Chief Executive Shona said of the new project:

“This marks an exciting step which allows us to provide further high-quality mental health support for all our clients. Through this and all the services that we offer, we continue to ensure that our clients have access to the best possible support available.”

Despite only launching this partnership in May, we already have a few clients receiving psychotherapy support. Our outreach team, Alex and Patricia, continue to regularly make referrals for any individual that may be suitable to engage with this service in the long term.

Your continued generosity really can help make such a difference to Scots in need. Your support enables us to run vital services and expand our offering, just like this. On behalf of all our clients, thank you.
