Winter arrived with an enthusiastic round of fundraising events and generous donations, including the Carols by Candlelight Service at St Columba’s Church in December; the CEO Sleepout in November, the Celtic Football Club donation for Tesco food vouchers for clients for emergency products; and donations from the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (RSCDS) and the Burns Club of London. Collectively nearly £10,000 was raised on behalf of the charity.
Fundraising Officer Jacqueline said, “Thank you to all of you, who have given so generously. Your support and assistance go a long way in helping us support homeless Scots in Greater London.”
This summer we will have a limited number of places for the Asics London 10K run on Sunday 10th July, a great route around central London which draws the crowds.
